This part of my life…this little part is called happiness!!!

Today I have received a MacBook Pro from my new firm which I joined recently.

First time in my life I am holding MacBook in my hand.

I know this feeling will not be there after some weeks. Hence I want to write it down what I am going through, just to to remind my future self that dreams do come true. This might look a small event in future but right now I am feeling happy, proud and grateful for this moment.

I still remember that I didn’t have laptop or computer till 3rd year of my engineering. Till then somehow I managed to complete my work or assignments on my friend’s computer or waiting after college for using library’s computer section. And when things were difficult to manage I requested the Trust , who were paying my Engineering college fees, to provide me any laptop for just 3 months to complete my mini project. The laptop that I received was not in a good condition but that was everything for me at that point of time and I managed to complete most of my projects using that laptop. I am still grateful for that hp laptop which helped me in college and getting my first job too.

Coming back to the present story, I was working on Mac mini with Dell’s desktop from last 2 years. It was good but I had this dream of working on MacBook someday. And today that dream is completed.

From last 6 hours I have been constantly staring at it, holding it every now and then. Whenever I am touching this beautiful piece of art there is big smile on my face. It feels like I have earned it.

I am sure this feeling will not last long but I wanted to capture it to relive this moment.

Small steps…miles to go!!!
